5. Account Deletion

Users can request deletion of their PandaRoverGarage account and related personal information.

• In the app, open Account and use the account deletion option when available.
• Users may also request account deletion by emailing support@pandarovergarage.com from the email address linked to the account.
• The request should include the account email and a clear statement requesting account deletion.

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account information, saved addresses, favorites, support messages, fit profiles, and other account-related records, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, order, or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

PandaRoverGarage presents children's toy products, but the shopping account and checkout features are intended for adults or legal guardians. Children should not submit personal information, create accounts, place orders, or contact support without permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided personal information, they can contact us at support@pandarovergarage.com to request deletion.
